Our report, Jobs with a Future, which provided the Minister of Human Resources Development with recommendations on UI reform was published in April 1995. January 1993-September 1993 Economic Advisor to the Platform Committee of the Liberal Party of Canada in preparting the Red Book for the 1993 federal election.
