GLOBAL ECONOMICS LTD. is an economic consulting firm established in 1988 by Dr. David Husband and Dr. Patrick Grady bringing together the consulting practices of Grady Economics & Associates Ltd. (founded 1981) and the Canada East-West Centre Ltd (founded 1984). It was profiled in the special issue of Canadian Business Economics on the "History of Business Economics in Canada" (p.66). We specialize in public finance, tax policy, labour markets, international trade, and economic development.
